LastElbow Greasemonkey script for Last.fm
I posted the idea for this script on Rentacoder.com a couple of months ago and found a developer for less than $20 to work on it. This script basically links Last.fm with Elbo.ws. When you check out the charts for an artist on Last.fm, it ranks the top songs according to the listening habits of users for the site. This script finds and links directly to the mp3 of that song as found by Elbo.ws. It basically cuts out the middleman, Elbo.ws. Elbo.ws does a great job finding tracks on music blogs, but won’t directly link to the files. LastElbows links directly to the file. LastElbow pukes regularly but luckily the developer that helped put the script together is around to fix it. Hey,
I wanted to ask you if you could turn the userscripts.org project over to me / mind me forking the script?
I made a few changes that make it work on the international pages and allow a user to search for the current track in a radio stream.
I couldn’t find an email address, so i figured this would be the best place to contact you!
