I’d like to see this scale down to small towns, neighborhoods and individual households. There’s so much more that can be done in terms of maximizing water efficiency.

Rather than using the usual political route to escort the individual out of there via security guard, she walked down off of the stage, went over to the young man, and started talking to him gently, calming him down. That is NOT a response I would expect – or even consider politically appropriate – from the spouse of a presidential candidate.
After the speech, I shook both of their hands and said to her that I was more impressed by her behavior than her husband’s speech (though I liked the speech) and she basically blushed and waved it off, as though it were the expected behavior for her.
